Also known as Champi, an Indian Head Massage is
the most relaxing experience you will ever have.
Originating from India, a treatment will feel like you have
had a full-body massage as stress, tension, aches and pains
melt away and your entire being is re-balanced.
Using a blend of Ayurvedic and Western massage techniques,
deep accumulated stress is released from the muscles and
joints of the neck, shoulders, head and face.
Regular massage is known for its beneficial effects on overall
wellbeing. A fully clothed treatment that may be given
with or without the use of Ayurvedic oils, Indian head massage
stimulates blood and lymph circulation, relaxes connective
tissues and frees knots from muscles. Treatments are
deeply calming and revitalising, and are particularly
recommended for those with high stress, fatigue, insomnia,
migraines or sinusitis. Oils are optional but can
add to the therapeutic experience.
Speak to us about Indian Head Massage in the workplace -
5-10 min sessions fortnightly or monthly as a tool for
managing employee stress and promoting wellbeing.

"Ayurveda is the instruction manual
for the natural living of human beings. Understanding this
philosophy of life enables you to become your own “healer”. You
learn about your body, how it functions, and how to treat it through
diet and herbal remedies. In fact, you also become your own
dietician, personal trainer, counsellor or psychologist, stylist,
and beautician! Ayurveda is a unified system that encompasses all
these aspects. The magic of it is that it involves nothing more
expensive or complex than adapting your diet and lifestyle
routines." Dr Partap Chauhan
Comments from the November
retreat:
"Facilitators were relaxed, approachable and informative
- could tell they lived the practice."
"What can I say -
great!"
"The workshops contained very valuable info delivered in
a simple relaxed manner."
"Food was divine, no more to say."
