We endeavour to post orders within 3 days of confirmation of payment. If we have a question or problem in posting your order, we will send you an email. Samadhi Yoga has a policy of recycling packaging and will reuse bubblewrap, brown paper, cardboard boxes and envelopes where possible and practicable, or using sustainably produced packaging materials to save you packaging costs, to reduce landfill waste and to ease the burden on the environment.  We also use recycled or sustainably produced paper and cardboard for all our printing needs. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied, please follow the directions below: Within 10 days of receipt of your order you may return your purchase. A full refund or credit towards an alternative product will be issued for the price of any item you return, providing the following criteria are met.

• Item is in its original condition.
• Return is post-marked within 10 days of receipt date. Returns postmarked after 10 days may be subject to a restocking fee (full refund or credit not issued).
• Health laws prohibit us from accepting returned items that have been worn. Absolutely no returns on clothing not in original packaging.
• Reason for return must be stated, such as:
  Customer choice / Incorrect item received / Arrived damaged / Defective
• Order number, name, address, phone number and email must be supplied
• Please note reimbursement on postage will only apply if the return is a result of our error.
• Non-authorised returns and credits for merchandise other than defective and/or mispostings are subject to refusal or charged a 15% restocking fee.
